    Indiana's most dominant diver ... set the dual-meet platform school record with a 460.50 against Northwestern...won 19 events titles out of 25 tries ... finished no lower than third place ... claimed Big Ten Diver of the Week on five occasions...completed title sweep in six meets ... missed the zone-qualifying mark only four out of 27 chances ... highest zone-qualifying marks (one-meter dual: 360.45; one-meter invite: 569.75; three-meter dual: 374.40; platform dual: 460.50; platform 10 dives: 527.50) ... competed at the USA Diving International Team Selection Camp.

    Redshirt Year (2003-04)
    Redshirted ... teamed with Brian Mariano to placed fourth in the three-meter synchro event and sixth in the synchro 10-meter platform event at the U.S. Olympic Diving Trials ... individually, he placed 10th on the three-meter and 12th on the 10-meter platform at the Trials ... helped Indiana Diving to its 11th straight U.S. National combined team championship ... placed 16th on the one-meter, fifth on the three-meter and seventh on the platform at the U.S. Nationals ... teamed with Mariano to take fourth in the synchro platform event and second in the synchro three-meter at the Championships ... earned National Team honors for his performance on the three-meter individually and in the synchro three-meter event.

    Junior Year (2002-03)
    Earned two All-America honors during his junior season on the three-meter and the 10-meter platform ... placed sixth on the three-meter and eighth on the platform at the NCAA Championships to earn the All-America honors ...was named Big Ten Diver of the Year and Co-Big Ten Diver of the Championships...placed in the top five of all three levels at the Big Ten Championships...won his first Big Ten Championship on the one-meter, while placing second on the platform and fifth on the three-meter...at the NCAA Diving Regional, placed second on the three-meter and third on the one-meter...teamed with Brian Mariano to place third in the synchro three-meter and second in the synchro platform at the American Cup Meet...they again paired to take second in the synchro three-meter at the Speedo National Championships...placed eighth on the platform and 10th on the three-meter at the National Championships...at the World Championship Trials, placed fourth on the platform and eighth on the three-meter...won both the one-meter and platform competition at the Indiana Invitational, while also placing second on the three-meter...took second on the one-meter at the Miami Invitational as well...was an Academic All-Big Ten selection and a CSCAA Academic All American.

    Sophomore Year (2001-02)
    Earned the first All-America recognition of his career as he recorded a 12th-place finish on 3-meter (520.35) at the 2002 NCAA Championships...at Big Tens, Carlton finished second on platform (exhibition), fifth on 1-Meter and seventh on 3-Meter.

    Freshman Year (2000-01)
    As a freshman at the 2001 Big Tens, placed sixth on platform and 13th on 3-Meter...at NCAA zone championships, recorded a 13th-place finish on 3-Meter and fifth on platform.
