    Carter Crosby is in his second season as a volunteer assistant coach at Indiana. Crosby came to Indiana from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pa., where he spent the two seasons as an assistant coach with the men's and women's swimming programs. His responsibilities at Allegheny included writing and implementing workouts, constructing a strength and conditioning program, recruiting and mentoring student-athletes.
    In addition to his coaching duties at Allegheny, Crosby was also the director of the Community Swim Programs at the college. Crosby also has experience as a swim instructor at USC's Schubert Swim Camp, University of Tampa and Columbia University.
    Crosby is a 2006 graduate of Columbia where he was a four-year swimming letterwinner. He served as co-captain as a senior and helped lead the Lions to a record of 22-12 over the course of his four seasons.
