    Provisionally qualified for NCAAs in the 1,650 free, but did not make the cut ... scored points in the 1,650 free at Big Tens with a 10th-place effort ... placed as high as second with a runner-up finish in the 1,000 free against Kentucky ... concluded season among IU's all-time top 20 in the 500 free (19th), 1,000 free (20th) and 1,650 free (12th) ... also found in IU's meter record charts in the 400 LCM free (sixth), 800 LCM free (second), 1,500 LCM free (fourth), 200 LCM fly (fifth), 200 SCM free (fifth), 400 SCM free (seventh), 200 SCM fly (sixth) and 400 SCM IM (eighth) ... earned Academic All-Big Ten recognition ... garnered IU Scholar-Athlete of the Week.

    Sophomore Year (2004-05)
    Finished in the top three eight times ... top finish came with a first-place effort in the 500-yard freestyle at the IU Open.

    Freshman Year (2003-04)
    Despite not swimming in the fastest heat in the 1,650-yard freestyle at the Big Ten Championships, placed eighth overall in the event with a season-best time of 15:33.57 ... placed seventh in the 1500-meter freestyle at the Indiana Invitational ... also swam the anchor leg on the 800-meter freestyle relay that placed seventh.

    The 2002 CIF District IV Champion ... at one time held the district record in the 100-yard butterfly and still holds the 500-yard freestyle record ... also a 2002 CIF Southern Sectional All-Division finalist, placing sixth in the 500 free and eighth in the 100 fly ... Orange League Most Valuable Swimmer in 2000 and again in 2002 ... held or holds school records in the 200 free, 500 free and 100 fly ... a member of the Fullerton Aquatic Sports Team (FAST) for 10 years ... three-time recipient of the "Senior Swimmer" Coaches' Award at FAST ... selected to the 2001 and 2002 Southern California Swimming Senior All-Star Team ... received the Valencia High School Distinguished Scholar Award in 2002 ... won the Valencia High School Scholar-Athlete Award ... ranked among the top 10 percent of his graduating class and was a member of the National Honor Society ... son of Andrew and Janet McNeill.
