Men's Competition Wraps Up at NCAA Zone Diving Meet

COLUMBUS, Ohio - The Indiana men's diving squad concluded competition at the NCAA Zone C Diving Championships with three top-10 finishes Sunday at the McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion on the Ohio State campus.
Senior David Legler narrowly missed earning a spot at the NCAA Championships with a fourth-place finish, tallying 655.50 points, just four-tenths of a point out of third. Freshman Landon Marzullo was sixth (620.05), followed by junior Will Bohonyi in seventh (618.10). Rounding out the IU finalists were freshman Kris Hill is 11th (554.25) and Taylor Roberts in 12th (548.80).
Based on their performances yesterday in the 1-meter competition, both Marzullo and Roberts will advance to the NCAA Championships, March 27-29 in Federal Way, Wash. and are eligible to compete in all three events (1-meter, 3-meter, platform). Marzullo will be making his first NCAA appearance, while this is the second trip to the national meet for Roberts.
