INDIANA FARES WELL IN SECOND DAY AT ALL-AMERICAN INVITE
Even though there were no individual winners on day two of the All-American Diving Invitational, the Hoosier divers made a mark by placing four divers in the top 18. In the men's collegiate three-meter competition, Indiana was the only school to have four divers make it to the semifinals.
The four divers that made the semifinals were Mike Collier, Tom Davidson, Jason Graves, and Jon Repetti. Collier was the only Hoosier to make it to finals. Bryan Gillooly of the University of Miami finished in first with a score of 574.80 in the finals. Collier finished with a score of 535.80 putting him in sixth place. The other three divers all made it to the semifinals with Davidson coming in ninth, Graves finishing 13th, and Repetti at 18th.
Tomorrow starts the open competitions with the one-meter finals and three-meter preliminaries. On Saturday, three-meter quarterfinals, semifinals, and finals, and the meet concludes on Sunday with platform competitions.
