INDIANA DIVING COMPETES IN FIRST DAY OF INDIANA WINTER INVITATIONAL
The Indiana diving team started the new year with the Indiana Winter Invitational. The three day meet started today with springboard prelims and will finish on Sunday with the platform competition.
In the collegiate one-meter, Mike Collier took first place with 533.25 points. He was followed by Ryan Kosanic and Jason Graves in second and third respectively.
Collier also placed first in the one-meter open competition with a score of 1045.00. Graves took second place and Kosanic was third.
The second day is scheduled for the three-meter open and collegiate competitions with the top finishers moving into Saturday evening's dive off. The platform competition is scheduled for Sunday.
The next dual meet for Indiana is Jan. 15 when they host Penn State. The meet starts at 4 p.m. at the Counsilman and Billingsley Center.
