    Swander Turns in Solid Finish in 200 LCM Breast at Grand Prix

    COLUMBIA, Mo. - Indiana student coach Kevin Swander competed in the 200-meter breaststroke at the Missouri Grand Prix on Sunday, Feb. 18, turning in a solid finish.

    Swander, the 2006 Big Ten Swimmer of the Championships, touched fifth in the 200 breast, stopping the clock in 2:18.14. Swander won the 50-meter breaststroke on Friday, Feb. 16, with the fastest time in the world this year in the event, 28.03.

    Swander and fellow student coach Sergiy Fesenko will wrap up their stay at the Grand Prix on Monday, Feb. 19. The event is a long-course meet taking place Feb. 16-19 at the University of Missouri's Aquatic Center.
