    Swander Claims 100 Breast, Fesenko Fourth in 1,500 Free at Grand Prix

    COLUMBIA, Mo. - Indiana student coaches Kevin Swander and Sergiy Fesenko wrapped up competition at the Missouri Grand Prix on Monday, Feb. 19, with a pair of impressive finishes.

    Swander, who won the 50-meter breaststroke with the fastest time in the world this year on Friday Feb. 17, capped the meet with win in the 100-meter breaststroke. He posted an Olympic Trial cut time of 1:01.75, blowing away the Missouri Aquatic Center record in the event by nearly five seconds.

    Fesenko took fourth place in the 1,500-meter freestyle, turning in a time of 15:35.42. His time was good for an Olympic Trial cut.
