    BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Sophomore Eric Ress placed eighth in the 200 backstroke at the European Championships and a pair of Hoosiers finished in the top three at the USA Diving National Championships as Hoosiers continue to make their names on the national and international level.

    European Championships

    Indiana sophomore Eric Ress finished eighth in the men's 200-meter backstroke final, posting a time of 2:00.05. Ress advanced to the final after finishing eighth in the semifinals with a time of 1:59.36. He was the fastest swimmer in the prelims with a mark of 1:58.97.

    AT&T USA Diving National Championships

    At the 2010 AT&T USA Diving National Championships in College Station, Texas, sophomore Mick Dell'Orco and Zac Nees teamed up in the synchronized platform competition where they finished third with a score of 316.65. Former Hoosier Jonathan Dohring and sophomore Casey Johnson took fifth with a tally of 304.35. Johnson also competed in the men's platform final where he placed 12th, scoring 291.20 points.
