    2010-11 (SOPHOMORE): Earned All-Big Ten honors after posting a 25-8 record in singles action, playing at number three for the Hoosiers ... finished 9-1 in Big Ten play ... finished 28-9 in doubles, including a 7-3 conference record with Stephen Vogl at number two doubles ... won four matches against ranked singles players and three against ranked doubles tandems ... finished the season ranked No. 109 nationally ... took a win over Stefan Szacinski against LSU in the NCAA tournament.

    2009-10 (FRESHMAN): In his first season with the Hoosiers, he defeated Chris Madden of Michigan to win the Big Ten Singles Tournament, the first for a Hoosier since 1977 ... led the team with 31 singles wins including 7 in conference and wins over No. 63 Bryant Salcedo of Vanderbilt and No. 116 Patrick Pohlmann of Wisconsin ... in dual match singles, posted 16 wins for the Hoosier cause, playing primarily at number three ... also had 22 doubles victories and with primary partner Lachlan Ferguson ... was able to win 9 straight doubles matches along with 14 dual-meet wins ... posted an 8-2 mark in doubles during the Big Ten slate and knocked off two nationally-ranked doubles tandems.

    PREP/PERSONAL: Claimed the under-18 state championship in Cheshire ... moved up as high as no. 41 in the United Kingdom men's rankings ... represented the state of Cheshire in U10, U12, U14, U16, U18 and men's play ... in 2009, won the Wirral Open, the Hoole Open and Chest Open ... led Cheshire to the County Cup in the under-18 age division ... captained his national league men's team to the playoffs ... also played hockey and table tennis competitively ... the intended mathematics major is the son of Graham and Liz MacTaggart ... has two brothers, Ben and Sebastian ... born on June 17, 1991.
