2004-05 FRESHMAN Led the Hoosiers with nine victories during the fall season and finished the year with a 15-13 singles record ... played primarily at the No. 4 singles position for IU, but did play as high as No. 2 ... won his lone No. 2 singles match, 6-2, 6-3 over Chris Morgan of Murray State ... won first career Big Ten singles match at the No. 5 position, 3-6, 6-2, 6-1, over Michael James, helping the Hoosiers sweep Penn State, 7-0 ... won his first career singles match, 7-5, 6-2, over Mike Weaver of Butler at the Purdue Invitational ... went on to win the Silver Flight at the Invitational, 6-4, 6-0, over Chris Clark of Toledo ... won the first eight matches of his Hoosier career ... won five of those eight in advancing through qualifying and into the Round of 16 at the Midwest Regional Championships ... was ranked 26th in the Midwest Singles Rankings by the ITA following the fall season ... teamed with his brother, Ryan, to win the Gold Flight Doubles title at the Purdue Invitational ... finished the year with a doubles record of 15-11 ... teamed mainly with Dara McLoughlin, as the duo went 10-9, all at the No. 3 doubles position ... the duo also was 4-6 in Big Ten action.
