Indiana men's tennis (1-2) returns to action this weekend, playing at the ITA Kickoff event on the campus of Mississippi State. The 23rd-ranked Hoosiers will play two matches at the event, squaring off with No. 21 Auburn on Saturday at 10 a.m. ET, and then either No. 11 Mississippi State or No. 25 LSU on Sunday.

The Hoosiers played No. 9 Kentucky on Wednesday, meaning IU will play three top 25 programs from the SEC in a matter of five days. The Hoosiers last win over an SEC school was a 4-3 victory over Vanderbilt on Feb. 5 last season. If Indiana plays LSU on Sunday, the Hoosiers would get the chance to avenge their 4-3 loss in the first round of the 2011 NCAA Tournament to the Tigers.
