Hoosier Junior to Take Leave of Absence

    Bloomington, Ind
.- Indiana men's tennis junior Zach Held has decided to take a leave of absence from the team for an undisclosed period of time.

"Zach needs this time away from the team," said Head Coach Ken Hydinger. "He is the type of person that would stay and help the team, but the team agrees with and applauds Zach for taking this time."

Held is taking time out from the team for nothing more than personal reasons.

"We want everyone to know that this has nothing to do with discipline-related problems or anything of that sort," said Hydinger. "He is an outstanding member of the team and he just needs this time and we are behind him 100 percent."

The Indiana men's tennis team went on the road on Sunday to battle Middle Tennessee State at 10 a.m. in Murfreesboro, Tenn.
