    BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The Indiana men's tennis team is ranked 60th in the nation, according to the latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association Division I Poll released on April 26. Senior Jakub Praibis stands 55th in the country among all Division I players.

    Baylor retained the top spot with a 114.67 average. Virginia is second (93.91), followed by Mississippi (91.11), Florida (88.13) and Illinois (87.5).

    Praibis is 22-9 on the year and 18-5 in dual action. The Litomerice, Czech Republic, product posted an 8-2 mark in Big Ten play this spring. The senior has captured eight of his last 10 matches, and bested six ranked foes in 2005.

    The Cream and Crimson will be the fourth seed for the 2005 Big Ten Championship, April 28 - May 1, at the Atkins Tennis Center in Champaign, Ill. The Hoosiers will face fifth-seeded Northwestern in the quarterfinal round on Friday, April 29, at 10 a.m. (CDT).
