    Indoor: Recorded a personal-best time of 47.76 in the 400-meters during the Tyson Invitational during the indoor season
    Outdoor: Ran a season-best 47.48 during the outdoor 400-meter run at the Big Ten Championships ... was a part of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished third at the Big Ten Championships in 3:08.46 ... was a Big Ten Sportsmanship honoree and regional qualifier in the 4x400-meter relay race.

    Indoor: Ran the fastest 600m of the season with a 1:21.03 at the Indiana Open... recorded a personal best on the 800m at the Tyson Invitational with a time of 1:55.50.
    Outdoor: Competed in the 200m... ran the second-fastest 400m of the season for the Hoosiers with a time of 47.14 at the Billy Hayes Invitational... earned First Team All-Big Ten honors... was a part of the Big Ten Champion 4x400m relay team which placed fifth at the NCAA Championships with a time of 3:04.81, earning NCAA All-America honors.

    FRESHMAN YEAR (2005)
    Indoor: Turned in his fastest time in the 600m (1:20.76) at the IU vs. OSU and Purdue meet... ran his best 400m (48.38) at the Tyson Invite.
    Outdoor: Ran a leg in the 4x400m relay team that finished runner-up at the Big Ten Championships (3:09.02)... captured an eighth-place finish in the finals of the 400m at the conference championships with a time of 48.47... clocked in season bests of 21.71 in the 200m at the Indiana Relays and 47.33 in the prelims of the 400m at the conference championships.

    Claimed the 400m state crown in 2003 in the Indiana High School Athletic Association's state meet... posted a third-place showing in the 400m in 2004... set a personal best and established a new school record with a time of 48.00... won the Bloomington regional with a 48.37 clocking... also set a sectional meet record with a 48.44 time... broke six White River Valley high school track records (200, 400 and 800m, long jump, 4x100m relay, 4x400m relay teams)... competed in the prestigious Nike Indoor Challenge Meet in Washington D.C.
