Junior Year (2003)
Indoor: Hurled a personal-best in the weight throw 18.39m (60-4.00) competition at the Big Ten Conference Championships ... The effort put him in eighth place overall.
Outdoor: Threw a season-best in the hammer throw 56.53m/185-5 at the Purdue meet
Sophomore Year (2002)
Indoor: Top outings came at the Hoosier Hills Invite (shot put, 13.71m/44-11.75 and 35 lb weight throw, 14.93m (49-0)
Outdoor: Season-best efforts came at the Boilermaker Open (shot put, 13.81m/45-03.75), the Illinois Twilight (hammer throw, 47.79m/156-09) and at the Indiana Four Way (38.00m/124-08).
