    2007-08 (Fifth-Year)
    Indoor: Competed at the USA Track and Field Championships in Boston, Mass. ... competed unattached. Outdoor: Recorded a career best 7.87m to defend his Big Ten title ... his leap at Big Tens broke the facility record at Illinois Soccer and Track Stadium ... took eighth at the NCAA Championships for All-America honors, recording a leap of 7.74m ... earned second team All-Big Ten honors in the 4x100m relay ... regionally qualified in the 4x100m relay with a mark of 40.54 seconds teaming with Marcus Thigpen, Devin Pipkin and Jacob Moylan, also earning All-Region honors.

    2006-07 (SENIOR)
    Indoor: Was the Big Ten indoor champion in the long jump and a national qualifier in the same event ... tied a personal best in the long jump with a mark of 7.75m at the Tyson Invitational during the indoor season ... also recorded personal bests in 60m (7.11) and the 200m (21.39) Outdoor: Was a Big Ten Champion in the outdoor long jump with a personal-best mark of 7.56m ... also recorded a personal best in the 200m at the outdoor league championships with a time of 21.50 ... clocked a time of 10.94 in the 100m dash for a personal best at the Billy Hayes Invitational ... was a part of the regional qualifying 4x100m relay team ... earned first team All-Big Ten honors for both indoor and outdoor.

    2005-06 (JUNIOR)
    Indoor: One of four Hoosiers to earn a trip to the NCAAs... leaped a team- and personal-best 7.75m (25-5.25) at the Tyson Invitational... took 15th place at the NCAA meet with a leap of 6.88m (22-7.00)... picked up a personal best in the 60m with a time of 7.19 at the Hoosier Hills Invitational... ran a personal best in the 200m with a mark of 22.21 at the Big Ten Championships ... took home second place at the Big Ten meet in the long jump with a leap of 7.50m (24-07.25). Outdoor: Did not compete.

    2004-05 (SOPHOMORE)
    Indoor: Earned a career-best mark in the long jump after jumping 7.43m (24-4.50) at the IU vs. OSU and Purdue quad meet. Outdoor: Redshirted.

    2003-04 (FRESHMAN)
    Indoor: Leaped a personal-best mark of 7.36m (24-1.75) at the Big Ten Championships, good for a third-place finish. Outdoor: Qualified for regionals after jumping 7.49m (24-7.00) in the long jump at the Billy Hayes Invite ... finished 10th overall at regionals ... took home eighth place in the long jump at the Big Ten Championships ... also ran a leg in the 4x100m relay team that finished third in the conference and 12th at NCAA regionals.

    A two-time high school All-American at Marion Franklin ... also a two-time state champion (OHSAA) in the long jump ... earned all-state and all-city accolades in 2001 and 2002 ... named to the all-district team from 2000-02 ... holds high school record in the long jump (23'11 3/4") and the 4 x 400m relay (3:20.02) ... a state Junior Olympic champion, a Midwest Regional champion and a national Junior Olympic champion in the long jump in 2001 ... placed third at the Nike Indoor meet in 2002 ... became a junior Olympic champion in 2001 ... earned a varsity letter in basketball ... served as a motivational speaker for elementary and middle school kids.
