IU Hosts "Learn By Doing" Clinic

BLOOMINGTON, Ind.-- The Indiana University track and field program will host a "Learn by Doing" Clinic, on Sunday, Jan. 8 at the Harry Gladstein Fieldhouse on its new 200m banked track.
Registration will be from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. The first part of the clinic will go from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., with the shot put, sprints, pole vault, distance and the high jump instructions. After a break for lunch, the Hoosier staff will continue with sessions from 1:30 - 3:30 p.m. in the hurdles, distance, long jump, discus and pole vault.
Both coaches and athletes should come prepared to participate. Athletes will need to bring their own poles, spikes and implements.
The fee for this event is $30.00 per athlete/coach or $80.00 for a combination of three athletes and /or coaches. Make checks payable to: Hoosier Track & Field Clinic
Those interested should fill out the pre-registration form enclosed and return it to the track and field office as soon as possible.
