Concluded the regular season by winning three of his final four bouts, including a pin of VMI's Jon Jones ... earned six Big Ten starts and represented IU at the conference championships (165 lbs.) ... opened his season with a major decision en route to placing sixth at the Eastern Michigan Open ... won four of five matches at the EMU Open before withdrawing due to injury ... returned to make a total of 10 starts and post an overall record of 8-12 ... an Academic All-Big Ten selection.
REDSHIRT SEASON (2010-11)
Opened his career by winning the Freshman/Sophomore Division of the EMU Open, winning five consecutive matches ... followed by taking three of five bouts to finish fourth in the Greyhound Open ... completed the season at 10-3 overall with a pin and three major decisions.
PREP/PERSONAL
