He was equally impressive at the plate, breaking a school record by hitting .420. His performance led to first team all-city and All-Fort Ancient Valley Conference selections at the end of the season. He was named the FAVC Player of the Year and Most Valuable Pitcher.
That followed a junior year in which Rosenbaum posted a 2.43 ERA and struck out 29 batters in 31.2 innings and was named first team all-conference. He also went 5-0 on the mound as a sophomore, and was awarded honorable mention as the FAVC Most Valuable Pitcher.
Rosenbaum has one sister, Alyson, and plans to major in sports management at IU. The son of Tom and Lori Rosenbaum was born on Oct. 10, 1987.
