PREP: Competed four years in track and field for head coach Craig Rich and two years in cross country for coach Tim Galati at Frankfort ... holds three open event school records (800m, 1600m, 3200m) and two relay event school records (4x400m and 4x800m) ... earned first team all-conference honors five times including twice in the 800m ... twice all-conference in cross country ... earned all-sectional and all-regional honors in cross country ... qualified for the state meet in the 4x800m relay and the 1,600m ... took ninth at the state meet in the 1,600 ... led his cross country team to the school's first state meet berth in more than 30 years.
PERSONAL: Son of Joe and Betty Ramos ... has two sisters, Jennifer and Kristina ... born November 14, 1990 ... intends to major in marketing.
