    Throughout the 2007-08 season, IUHOOSIERS.com will sit down and get to know the Indiana men's cross country team with a series of question and answer sessions called "Setting the Pace". Freshman Danny Stockberger is next on the list.

    If you could visit anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?
    Alaska - the polar bears are trained to drink coca-cola there.

    Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
    I see myself running professionally and at the peak of my career or in space.

    Finish this sentence - Since coming to Indiana, I've learned:
    that success takes patience and hard work.

    What do you like best about Coach Helmer?
    He is very team oriented, yet does a great job of individualizing goals and workouts.

    Something that many people don't know about you is:
    I had surgery on my cranium when I was 3 months old.

    The teammate I most admire is who, and why?
    Jordan Kyle is a very hard worker and has the same attitude when it comes to competition.

    Name one thing that you wish you were better at?
    Playing guitar.

    What makes Indiana special from any other program?
    Their basketball tradition which is what drew me in as a child.

    My favorite thing about Bloomington is:
    the beautiful campus.

    What are your goals for this year?
    To be un-injured by outdoor track season and drop a sub 1:50 in the 800.
