• Kelly Noonan is in her eighth season in the Indiana Department of Athletics and her first as the associate athletic director for academic services. She spent the previous three as the assistant athletic director for academic services. • Oversees academic programming and support services for all student-athletes. • Joined Indiana in the summer of 2006. Noonan has served as an academic advisor for men's and women's soccer, women's tennis, softball, women's basketball, volleyball, water polo, field hockey and men's and women's swimming. • Other responsibilities have included oversight of the tutorial, supervised study, awards programs and the management of the part-time and student work force. • Worked at the University of Missouri with the women's soccer team and the Total Person Program while she completed her master's degree in student affairs administration in 2006. • Prior to Missouri, Noonan worked at the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) from 2001-2004, serving as the sport administrator for the cross country and swimming and diving championships. She assisted with the men's basketball and outdoor track and field championships and also worked with the Champions of Character program, which promoted character in sport. • Graduated from the University of Tulsa in 2001 with a bachelor's degree in business and sport administration. The St. Louis native was a two-year captain for Tulsa's women's soccer team. Her brother, Pat, was a three-time soccer All-American at IU (1999-2002). |
