Big Ten Distinguished Scholar...Academic All-Big Ten honoree...competed in the pole vault at NCAA East Prelims…was ninth at Big Ten Championships with a clearance of 5.15m (16’ 10.75”)…finished in third with a clearance of 5.11m (16’ 9.25”) in the pole vault at Raleigh Relays…was third in the pole vault after seeing a mark of 5.21m (17’ 1”) at Florida Relays…cleared a height of 5.12m (16’ 9.5”) at the Louisville Invitational to place third…saw fifth in the pole vault with a clearance of 5.12m (16’ 9.5”) at the Indiana Invitational.

Big Ten Distinguished Scholar…named an Academic All-Big Ten Honoree…tabbed for USTFCCCA All-Academic…earned All-America status by USTFCCA in the pole vault...named Big Ten Field Athlete of the Championships...won the pole vault for the second-consecutive season at Big Ten Championships…also set the Big Ten record after clearing a height of 5.56m (18’ 6.5”)…set a new personal best with a cleared height of 6.65m (18’6.5”) at the Tyson Invitational opened the season as the top collegiate finisher in the pole vault at the Hoosier Open after clearing a height of 5.43m (17’ 9.75”)…captured gold with a height of 5.55m (18’ 2.5”) at the IU vs. Tennessee Duals…cruised to victory at the Gladstein Invite and cleared a height of 5.60m (18’ 4.5”) on the road at the Commodore Classic…topped the podium at the Gladstein Invitational and saw a height of 5.50m (18’ .5”)…secured first with a height of 5.57m (18’ 3.25”) at Indiana Relays.

Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the 2020 outdoor season was canceled.

2018-19
Indoor:
Earned All-America second team honors after placing 14^th at NCAA Championships… captured his first Big Ten Championship in the Pole Vault with a facility record height of 5.44m (17’ 10.25”) … won the pole vault four other times—IU vs. Tennessee Duals, Gladstein Invite, Indiana Relays, and Power Five Invite… took runner-up at three other meets—Hoosier Open, Jim Green Track & Field Invite, and Hoosier Hills.

Outdoor:
Competed in the finals of the pole vault at NCAA Championships where he earned All-America honors by placing 10^th… completed the indoor and outdoor double in the pole vault by capturing gold at Big Ten Championship’s with a facility record mark of 5.41m (17’ 9”)… won the pole vault title four-straight meets—Florida Relays, Tennessee Relays, Penn Relays, and Billy Hayes Invite.

2017-18

Competed at Big Ten Championships were he snagged second with a height of 5.28m (17’ 3.75”)… saw a pair of second place finishes in the pole vault—Hoosiers Hills with a height of 5.41m (17’ 9”) and Indiana Relays after clearing a height of 5.19m (17’ .25”)… had a top three finish in pole vault at the Power 5 Invitational with a height of 5.12m (16’ 9.5”)… took third after clearing 5.31m on the first attempt at Gladstein Invitational… nabbed first vs. Tennessee with a height of 5.25m (17’ 2.75”).

Outdoor:
Had a top-10 finish at NCAA Championships with a personal best height of 5.45m (17’ 10.5”)… saw competition at NCAA Prelims and placed 10th with a height of 5.35m (17’ 6.5”)… placed fifth in the pole vault at Big Ten Championships after clearing a height of 5.21m (17’ 1”)… snagged second at the Billy Hayes Invitational (5.10m (16’ 8.75”))… took first at the Lenny Lyles/Clark Wood Invite with a height of 4.92m (16’ 1.74”)… nabbed second at Tennessee Relays after clearing a height of 5.30m (17’ 4.5”)… saw a top-10 finish at the Pac-12 vs. Big Ten Invitational after seeing a height of 5.07m.

2016-17
Indoor:
Tied for fourth in the pole vault at the Hoosier Open and the Hoosier Hills Invitational… runner-up finish in the pole vault against Tennessee… pole vault event winner against Purdue with a clearance of 4.60m (15-1)… finished sixth in the vault at the Gladstein Invitational and seventh at the IU Relays.

Outdoor:
claimed fourth in the pole vault with a mark of 4.96m (16-3.25) at the Louisville Invitational… finished tied for ninth in the pole vault at the Big Ten Championships.
