Big Ten Distinguished Scholar…named an Academic All-Big Ten Honoree…tabbed for USTFCCCA All-Academic…earned All-America status by USTFCCA in the pole vault...named Big Ten Field Athlete of the Championships...won the pole vault for the second-consecutive season at Big Ten Championships…also set the Big Ten record after clearing a height of 5.56m (18’ 6.5”)…set a new personal best with a cleared height of 6.65m (18’6.5”) at the Tyson Invitational opened the season as the top collegiate finisher in the pole vault at the Hoosier Open after clearing a height of 5.43m (17’ 9.75”)…captured gold with a height of 5.55m (18’ 2.5”) at the IU vs. Tennessee Duals…cruised to victory at the Gladstein Invite and cleared a height of 5.60m (18’ 4.5”) on the road at the Commodore Classic…topped the podium at the Gladstein Invitational and saw a height of 5.50m (18’ .5”)…secured first with a height of 5.57m (18’ 3.25”) at Indiana Relays.

Earned All-America second team honors after placing 14th at NCAA Championships… captured his first Big Ten Championship in the Pole Vault with a facility record height of 5.44m (17’ 10.25”) … won the pole vault four other times—IU vs. Tennessee Duals, Gladstein Invite, Indiana Relays, and Power Five Invite… took runner-up at three other meets—Hoosier Open, Jim Green Track & Field Invite, and Hoosier Hills.
Outdoor:
Competed in the finals of the pole vault at NCAA Championships where he earned All-America honors by placing 10th… completed the indoor and outdoor double in the pole vault by capturing gold at Big Ten Championship’s with a facility record mark of 5.41m (17’ 9”)… won the pole vault title four-straight meets—Florida Relays, Tennessee Relays, Penn Relays, and Billy Hayes Invite.
