Financial Assistance
1. Become a self sustaining group
2. Campaign challenge for Cook Hall (i.e., naming opportunities)
3. Purchase season tickets
Attendance
1. 2011-12 Challenge is to sell season tickets
• Incentive for the first person to sell 50 season tickets = A charter trip with the team
2. The ticket office will keep track of the referrals and you keep track as well
3. Once you reach 50 please email Stephanie: ssiler@indiana.edu
Mentorship
1. Reach out to our student-athletes
2. Offer summer paid internships
3. Offer a shadowing opportunity for a day at your place of business
4. Interact with and help guide the team
Impact
1. Not necessarily physical, you can impact someone with your voice
2. Spend five minutes with someone new leaving an impression that you have impacted their life in some capacity
Leadership
1. Leadership depends on where you are standing and what you are doing
2. Don't wait to be given permission to take a leadership role
3. Leadership is about "What you feel in your heart"
4. Leaders feel their way around, they know it is okay to make mistakes
Year-round
1. Support the team year round by spreading the word about our program
2. Come to the Women's Basketball office once a week to cold call fans
3. Support the win wagons
