Women's Basketball Staff Attends Salvation Army's Kettle Kickoff

Head Coach Felisha Legette-Jack served as a chairperson for the event.

Stephanie Siler enters her fourth season at Indiana University and her first as the Hoosiers' Assistant Athletics Director for Women's Basketball Administration, after serving as the Director of Basketball Operations for the past three seasons.

Her responsibilities include team travel, assisting in admission process for incoming freshman, supervising all non-coaching personnel and IU's Phenomenal Women group, managing and operating the budget, serving as facility coordinator and camp director, coordinating community service and outreach for players and coaches, organizing daily office operations and overseeing the organization of the team banquet.

Siler joined the Hoosier staff after serving as the Director of Operations at Mississippi State since 2004. Prior to joining the Lady Bulldogs, Siler was the assistant women's basketball coach for Middle Georgia College (MGC).

Prior to MGC, she coached several age groups of the Georgia Hotshots, which is a basketball club in the Youth Basketball of America system, in addition to coaching 10-Under, 16-Under and 18-Under AAU teams. Siler also led the 16-Under and 18-Under teams to compete in the international tournament in the Bahamas.

Siler also has experience as a graphic designer working with companies where she created, developed and prepared logos and a variety of design images for individuals, small businesses, corporate offices, schools and government organizations.

Siler lettered in basketball, soccer and softball at Piedmont College in Demorest, Ga., where she studied graphic design from 1996-2000. She attended Reinhardt University in Waleska, Ga., from 2000-02 to complete her Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts and compete for the school's soccer program. Siler is currently pursuing her masters in Sport Administration at Indiana University.
