    IU Head Coach Felisha Legette-Jack
"What a great game. A television game. In-state rivalry. Indiana is alive and well. I think that we missed a step in the last two years. I think seeing a game like this on television is going to make coming to the state of Indiana exciting for kids all over the country. I've just got to take my hat off to these young ladies here. Their will is so strong. People are asking me what I'm doing, and I've got to be real honest. I'm just along for the ride. These young ladies have decided to take a stand. I can't be more proud of them than I am right now."

    IU Senior Forward Whitney Thomas
On the importance of the win
"We're just getting started. We still have a lot of the season left. I know we have a long stretch of some big games coming up here. It is just what we have to do to get to the postseason. We have to take it one game at a time."

IU Junior Point Guard Jamie Braun
On hitting 3-pointers in the second half
"It was all because of my teammates. I had wide open threes, and I couldn't have gotten that without my teammates driving like they were in the first half and the second half, creating openings for outside shooters. I'm glad they went in."

    IU Sophomore Guard Jori Davis
On coming up big in the end with key free throws
"It was frustrating. You look up and think, `Man. If I would've hit those two (free throws),' but you just have to keep shooting and know that the next two that come, you've got to make those because they are more important than the ones you shot earlier. Our team tries to stay in the moment and stay present, so the next two I had, I had to make those."

    Purdue Head Coach Sharon Versyp
"They (Indiana) wanted it. They played hard. They're the best rebounding team. They're the best team at getting to the foul line. They are a very aggressive team and did what they needed to do. They did a great job."

    Purdue Senior Forward Lindsay Wisdon-Hylton
On her thoughts on the game
"We should have attacked more and been aggressive in getting to the foul line, but we weren't. We were being more passive. They got the line late in the game, especially number 11 (Whitney Thomas). She took over and scored , I think, 11 straight points."
