Head to the Hall March 1 and Help IU Sell Out Assembly Hall
Feb. 18, 2009
BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Head to the Hall on Sunday, March 1 and help Indiana sell out Assembly Hall as the Hoosier women's basketball team will face Michigan at 2 p.m. ET on Senior Day.
The first 3,000 fans in attendance will receive at t-shirt, and the first 5,000 fans will receive a pom-pom. Tickets are just $1 to cheer on the Hoosiers as they fight for a top-five seed in the Big Ten Tournament and say farewell to four seniors - Amber Jackson, Kim Roberson, Lydia Serfling and Whitney Thomas.
The Hoosiers are looking to the community to help fill the seats in Assembly Hall. IU supporters, fans, business partners and sponsors are encouraged to purchase blocks of tickets ranging from 25 to 1,000 or more. The IU Department of Athletics will put those tickets into the hands of Indiana youth organizations, including the Boys and Girls Club, Big Brothers/Big Sisters and Boy and Girl Scout troops, to name a few.
Those wishing to sponsor a group or for fans that would like to purchase tickets should call 1-866-IUSPORTS.
