BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Indiana head women's basketball coach Curt Miller and his staff will be hosting five different types of summer girls' basketball camps during the month of June in historic Assembly Hall and inside Cook Hall, the team's state-of-the-art practice facility. The IU women's basketball program just finished an historic season that saw the 2013-14 Hoosiers tie a school record for wins (21), set a program record for most 3-point field goals made and set a new attendance record for games played in Assembly Hall. 2014 CURT MILLER HOOSIER GIRLS' BASKETBALL CAMPS
Young Hoosiers Camp, June 7-8, 2014
The focus of the Young Hoosiers Camp is to provide a basic foundation of basketball skills. Camp structure includes individual fundamentals, games, competition and awards. This is a great camp for those just learning the game as well as those with a basic foundation of the game.
Team Shootout, June 14, 2014 (Session I), June 22, 2014 (Session II)
This camp provides an opportunity for your team to play against competitive opponents. All teams are guaranteed a minimum of three games. Teams will have the opportunity to compete where the Indiana Hoosiers play and practice with games being held at Assembly Hall and Cook Hall. Chalk Talk sessions will be conducted throughout the day by IU Coaches.
Parent-Daughter Camp, June 15, 2014
Enjoy Father's Day by attending our second annual Parent-Daughter Camp! This camp offers an opportunity for parent and daughter to enjoy the game of basketball together. Camp activities are structured to develop your daughter's skills in a fun way through games, contests and competition.
Fundamental Camp, June 17-19, 2014
The focus of the Fundamental camp is to provide a basic foundation of skill instruction and player development. Camp structure includes individual fundamentals, team competition and awards. This camp is a great camp for beginners as well as more developed players.
Elite Camp, June 21, 2014
This camp is designed for extremely competitive high school players looking to compete at a high level and experience a "day in the life" of an Indiana University women's basketball student-athlete. Activities include film work, strength & conditioning, practice, individual instruction and team competition.
