Sinclair Showing Skills with USA All-Stars in China

CHENGDU, China - Aulani Sinclair, a 2013 graduate of the Indiana women's basketball program, has been showing off her sharp shooting skills while playing for the NetScouts USA All-Star team during its tour of China. Through six games so far, Sinclair is averaging 12.7 points per game and has scored in double figures in five contests.
The Americans are currently a perfect 6-0 so far on the trip and have won the round robin titles in both Pingxiang and Chengdu. Sinclair was named the MVP of the Pigxiang round-robin tournament.
In the team's most recent round robin contests in Chengdu, the USA squad topped Hungary, 71-55, in the opening game on the stop as Sinclair poured in 10 points in the win on June 22. Sinclair then led the U.S. in scoring with 16 points, connecting on four 3-point field goals in the victory over the Australian Rising Opals, 82-72, on June 23. Then on June 24, the United States outlasted China, 75-72, to complete the sweep as Sinclair again reached double figures with 13 points.
With the USA All-Stars record unblemished, China is two games behind with a record of 4-2. The teams will now fly to Shanghai before a bus ride to Changshu to begin the final round robin contests between the four countries. The United States will then play two final games in Beijing to finish off the trip against China U19 National Team before returning to America on July 1.
