    BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - IU's Stephanie Siler, Assistant Athletics Director for Women's Basketball Administration, along with Hoosier Video Coordinator Whitney Thomas and Administrative Assistant Julie Force, attended the Greater Bloomington Chamber of Commerce's Women Excel Bloomington (WEB) luncheon at Champman's Restaurant on Wednesday, July 14.

    Siler was speaker at the luncheon, which focused on mentoring the next generation of women leaders. Siler discussed the role of IU women's basketball and how the program works to mentor its players. She also talked about IU's Phenomenal Women program, which also serves as a group of mentors for the Hoosiers.

    On May 25, Indiana head women's basketball coach Felisha Legette-Jack was honored as one of seven local women as the Greater Bloomington Chamber of Commerce's Women Excel Bloomington Award winners. The objective of the Women Excel Bloomington awards is to honor women who demonstrate exceptional leadership in influencing the growth of others in our community and in their organization.
