Legette-Jack Adds Adam Bowen to Indiana Women's Basketball Staff
Sept. 4, 2008
BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Indiana head women's basketball coach Felisha Legette-Jack has announced the addition of Adam Bowen to the staff. Bowen will serve at the team's video coordinator.
"Adam will be a refreshing addition to our women's basketball family," Legette-Jack said. "He comes to our program as a novice to women's basketball, but an experienced worker. With his Telecommunications degree from Indiana and being a familiar member of our Hoosier Nation, I know that Adam will only help us become better. I am thrilled that Adam Bowen has joined our Hoosier Family."
Bowen comes to IU after spending eight months as the Director of Campus Housing Television at the University of Illinois at Chicago. There he wrote, produced, shot and edited all departmental video materials for the purpose of marketing and recruitment. Bowen increased online video initiatives and supervised administrative operations of Cable TV service for residence halls.
Prior to his time at UIC, Bowen spent two years doing camera operations for the Indiana Pacers and Indiana Fever. A 2003 graduate of Indiana University, Bowen also spent one year with Insight Media Advertising, creating 30-second format television ads, doing extensive editing and digitizing a commercial database for playback on the cable network.
Bowen also spent two and half years as a production assistant for Bloomington Community Access Television Services (CATS). While working for CATS, Bowen directed field and studio shoots, did program editing and prepared, recorded and edited arts and governmental events.
