BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The Indiana women's basketball coaching staff introduced the RED ZONE VIP Ticket Package, which is available to all Hoosier fans for the 2007-08 season.

The RED ZONE offers courtside seating, a VIP tour of the facilities, participation in pre-game strategy sessions with a women's basketball representative, game day scouting report via e-mail and opportunities to purchase tournament tickets prior to the public selling date. Cost for the RED ZONE package is $144 per person.

Season tickets for the Hoosiers are also on sale at the IU Ticket Office. To see all 16 games in Assembly Hall, season tickets are $48 per person and $24 per youth (ages 3-18).

This year's slate puts the Hoosiers up against eight teams that earned postseason trips last season, including Elite Eight finisher Purdue and Sweet 16 participants Florida State and Bowling Green.

Following a pair of exhibition games on Nov. 3 and 6, the Hoosiers open the season with Albany (Nov. 9) and Arkansas-Pine Bluff (Nov. 13) on Branch McCracken Court. After the Thanksgiving holiday, Indiana welcomes Florida State to Assembly Hall in the inaugural Big Ten/ACC Challenge on Friday, Nov. 30.

The Hoosiers also host Bowling Green on Dec. 16 and close the home non-conference slate against NCAA second round team West Virginia on Dec. 22.

Indiana opens its nine-game home Big Ten schedule with rival Purdue on Thursday, Jan. 3, before hosting Illinois on Sunday, Jan. 6. The Hoosiers will also face Minnesota (Jan. 17), Wisconsin (Jan. 31), Northwestern (Feb. 7), Michigan State (Feb. 14), Michigan (Feb. 17), and Ohio State (Feb. 25), before closing out the regular season with Penn State on Sunday, March 2.

The RED ZONE was first introduced to a group of IU women's basketball supporters at Oliver Winery on Aug. 30.
