Indiana Women's Basketball Season Tickets Available
Sept. 25, 2009
BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Season tickets for the 2009-10 Indiana women's basketball season are available for purchase. The Hoosiers open the home slate on Nov. 15 against IUPUI in Assembly Hall, one of 15 regular season games on Branch McCracken Court. This year's home schedule also features non-conference match-ups against Missouri, as well as Florida State in the Big Ten/ACC Challenge, along with nine Big Ten Conference games.
Coming off the most wins in school history since 1998 and their third straight trip to the postseason, Indiana head coach Felisha Legette-Jack and the Hoosiers are ready to reach new heights this season. Indiana returns eight players to a team that is highlighted by senior Jamie Braun and junior Jori Davis. A 2009 All-Big Ten honoree, Braun returns to the Hoosiers after averaging nearly 13 points, five rebounds and four assists per game last year. Davis, one of the most exciting and athletic guards to watch in the Big Ten, returns after registering nearly 12 points and four boards a game in her sophomore campaign.
Red Zone seats are $135 and include courtside seating, scouting reports before the game, a guided tour of Assembly Hall, a monthly newsletter from the team and halftime stats. Adult season tickets are $45 and youth season tickets are $30. As a women's basketball season ticket holder, fans will receive priority points from the Indiana Varsity Club.
Single game general admission tickets are available for purchase. Adults cost $5, youth (ages three through high school) are $3, and groups of 25 or more are $2 per person.
Children two and under are free, along with IU students, faculty and staff with a valid Indiana University ID.
IU students are eligible to earn valuable Crimson Club points at each game attended. Crimson Club points can be redeemed for prizes and rewards such as t-shirts, retail gift certificates, adidas gift packs, the opportunity to be an Athletic Director for the day, laptop computers, framed IU jersey's or 42" HDTV's.
