Friday for me was a very interesting, yet tiring, day. We had practice, which wore me out, but luckily I had the rest of the afternoon free. That night, a couple of my friends and I decided to get out and have some fun. One of my close friends had a birthday party so we had to go support him and wish him a Happy Birthday. I really enjoyed myself. It was great to get out and have fun.

Saturday was definitely a day to relax. We had a day off from practice and I enjoyed every second of it. Saturday was a day to just think about how the year is going to go and what the team can accomplish this season. I really got a chance to just think about how much fun this year is going to be for all of us. With all of that excitement, I could not stay locked up in my dorm so some friends and I went to a movie and later spent some time hanging out around campus. I really enjoyed my two-day vacation, but now it's time to get back to work. With that being said, my freshman year is going pretty well, but who wants to stay a freshman? I can't wait to see what happens down the road for us!
