Indiana field hockey head coach Amy Robertson and her staff have announced the dates for their upcoming summer camps. The Hoosiers will host an Elite Camp on June 28-30 followed by a Team Camp on July 24-27.
Each camp aims to help each participant reach their goals in field hockey and to increase enjoyment of the game through an exceptional camp curriculum, a variety of hockey related activities and expert coaching. Many camps will go over the same skills and the same concepts, where at Indiana field hockey camp we try to offer you a unique experience. We hire a top level coaching staff and teach team concepts that will be developed during practice sessions with your competition team and applied through game play. You will learn team concepts such as outletting and pressing, team defensive principles, off ball movement, plus many more concepts that will prepare you and your team for the upcoming season.
The Elite Camp will cost $395 per individual. Team Camp fees will run at $495 for individuals and $470 per individual for teams of 13 or more.
The IU Field Hockey camps are open to any and all entrants and will take place on an Astroturf playing surface. The state of the art IU field hockey facility, Memorial Football Stadium, and Mellencamp Pavilion will serve as the three sites for all camp sessions.
