Redshirt senior Brenna Moeljadi was named First Team All-Big Ten and redshirt junior Morgan Fleetwood was selected as a Second Team All-Big Ten honoree, announced by the league office on Nov. 3. Senior Jaclyn Zamudio was selected as IU's Sportsmanship Award honoree.
Moeljadi, a native of Los Angeles, earned First Team All-Big Ten honors in 2010 and was a Second Team NFHCA All-West Region selection. In 2011 Moeljadi has been Big Ten Defensive Player of the Week twice while setting Indiana's career record in defensive saves with 10. She is tied as the Hoosier leader in points with 25 on the season, owning nine goals and seven assists, to go along with a team-best four defensive saves. Moeljadi ranks among leaders in the Big Ten in several categories, including shots (10th, 48), points (25, 7th), assists (8th, 7) and defensive saves (2nd, 4).
Fleetwood, a native of Freeburg, Pa., is a two-time Big Ten All-Tournament and 2009 second team honoree and leads the Hoosiers with 11 goals on the season, to go with three assists for 25 points. She ranks second in career goals at IU with 30, career game-winning goals with eight and single-season game-winning goals with four. She also ranks third in single-season goals with 11. Fleetwood is among Big Ten leaders in several categories this season, including third in game-winning goals (4), fifth in goals (11), sixth in shots (63) and seventh in points (25).
Zamudio, a native of Los Gatos, Calif., was selected as IU's Sportsmanship honoree. In her senior campaign, she ranks second on the team in goals with 10 and points with 20. Student-athletes chosen for the honor must be in good academic standings and have demonstrated good citizenship outside of the sports-competition setting.
