    BYU at Entrada Day 1 Results Get Acrobat Reader

    ST. GEORGE, Utah - A solid first round, followed by playing through tough conditions in round two has the Indiana women's golf team in ninth after 36 holes of the BYU at Entrada Classic at Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club in St. George, Utah.

    After shooting a 311 as a team in round one, conditions changed drastically with 25 mile per hour winds and gusts up to 50 mph. In the 84-player field, only nine were able to shoot a round in the 70s for round two. Indiana posted a 339 in round two to finish in ninth with a score of 650. Wisconsin leads the field with a 619, with BYU (622), Minnesota (630), Montana (634) and Texas State (635) rounding out the top five.

    Freshman Ana Sanjuan leads the Hoosiers in a tie for 14th (75-84/159). Sanjuan was among the top 10 after round one after carding a 3-over 75. Sanjuan carded three birdies in the round, going +1 through the first 12 holes. Sanjuan added a pair of birdies on six and 17 in round two.

    Junior Elizabeth Tong is tied for 42nd after rounds of 79 and 85. Tong kept her errors to a minimum in round one, posting a 7-over 79 but not posting anything worse than a bogey. Tong had seven holes of par in round two.

    Sophomore Marissa DeCola is also tied for 42nd (77-87). DeCola's first-round 77 was highlighted by a birdie on the par-4 third hole and the par-4 10th hole. She posted birdies on holes one and 11 in round two.

    Sophomore Camille Chevalier is tied for 62nd, moving up after cutting three strokes in round two (86-83/169). Chevalier struggled through round one with a 14-over 86. She did card birdies on the par-4 17th hole and like Mancini went -1 on the first hole. She posted her third birdie of the day with a four on the par-5 11th hole.

    Sophomore Maria Mancini is tied for 68th in the field (80-90/170). Mancini posted an 8-over 80 in round one, with birdies on the par-5 11th hole and par-5 first hole. She came up with a birdie on 16 in round two.

    Competition concludes Tuesday with a final 18 holes starting at 10:30 a.m. ET.
