    Day 1 Results Get Acrobat Reader

    COLUMBUS, Ohio - The Indiana women's golf team currently sits in 11th place after 36 holes of the 2014 Lady Buckeye Invitational on the Scarlet Course at The Ohio State University Golf Club.

    The teams will play the final 18 holes on Sunday with Indiana playing with Nebraska and Ohio, teeing off from the 10th hole starting at 8:30 a.m. ET.

    The Hoosiers posted rounds of 320 and 318 for a score of 638. Kent State leads the field at 597, with Ohio State (601), Michigan State (608), Purdue (612) and Kansas (612) making up the top five.

    Junior Elizabeth Tong leads IU after rounds of 80 and 77, putting her tied for 31st (157). Tong's day was highlighted by 13 holes of par or better in round two.

    Freshman Ana Sanjuan is two strokes behind Tong, tied for 40th (77-82/159). Sophomore Maria Mancini is tied for 48th, carding rounds of 81 and 80 on Saturday.

    Playing in the sixth spot, junior Kamryn Klawitter is fourth among the Hoosiers and tied for 61st overall with a score of 165 (82-83). Sophomores Camille Chevalier and Marissa DeCola are both tied for 67th with scores of 168. Chevalier posted scores of 89 and 79, while DeCola went 86-82.
