The Hoosiers are spending spring break in Arizona at the Mountain View Collegiate.

The Indiana women's golf team will spend its spring break in Arizona, taking part in the Mountain View Collegiate, March 15-16 in Tucson, Ariz.
The Hoosiers join College of Charleston, Colorado State, Iowa, Kansas State, Missouri, North Texas, Northern Arizona, Redlands Community College, San Jose State, Texas State, Texas Tech, UNC-Greensboro, Wichita State and Wyoming in the tournament field. The teams will play 36 holes beginning at 9:30 a.m. ET on Friday, followed by a single round beginning at 9:30 a.m. ET Saturday.
The teams will compete on the par-72, 6,227 Mountain View Golf Club course.
The Hoosiers won this tournament in 2008, with current assistant coach Lauren Harling winning the individual title that year. Former Hoosier Elaine Harris was the tournament medalist in 2007.
Indiana is coming off a fourth-place finish at the Westbrook Spring Invitational, held Feb. 24-25. Graduate student Kristen Schelling was the top finisher for IU in the event, placing tied for sixth at 219. Sophomore Elizabeth Tong also placed in the top-15, tying for 13th with a score of 222.
