    BLOOMINGTON, Indiana - Indiana sophomore Camille Chevalier and junior Elizabeth Tong were named All-American Scholars by the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA).

    A total of 664 women from Division I, II and III were recognized, with each having a minimum GPA of 3.50.

    Chevalier recently completed her first season as a Hoosier where she competed in all seven spring tournaments, highlighted by a top-25 finish at the Briar's Creek Invitational. Chevalier competed at her first Big Ten Championships in March, where she finished tied for 44th with a score of 237.

    As a junior Tong finished second on the team in stroke average at 76.76 with five top-25 finishes and a season-best showing of tied for sixth at the Westbrook Invitational. Tong's two lowest round of the season came at Westbrook, with scores of 71 and 70 in the first two rounds.

    Chevalier, Tong and the rest of the Hoosier women kick off the 2014-15 season on Sept. 14-16 at the Cougar Classic in Charleston, South Carolina.
