BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -
The Indiana women's golf team will play host to the Hoosier Fall Invitational, Oct. 13-14 at Belterra Resort in Florence, Ind.
The Hoosiers will be joined by Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Illinois State, Ball State, Boston College, East Tennessee State, Delaware, Augusta State and Missouri in the field. The teams will play 36 holes on Saturday with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. ET Play will conclude on Sunday at 9 a.m. ET with the final 18 holes.

The Hoosiers are coming off a solid tie for fourth at the Johnie Imes Invitational. Indiana shot rounds of 301-295-297 for its third top-10 finish in as many events this season.
Senior Rosie Davies will be playing in the No. 1 spot after playing tied for eighth at the Johnie Imes. A 1-under 71 was sandwiched by scores of 73 and 75 for a 219. Also off to a strong start in her freshman campaign is Marissa DeCola. Playing in the No. 2 slot this weekend, DeCola tied for 13th at the Johnie Imes, tallying rounds of 72-72-74. DeCola is currently third on the team in stroke average at 75.12.
Graduate student Kristen Schelling will play at No. 3 this weekend. She was tripped up by a second-round 80 at Johnie Imes but came back strong on the final day with a 1-over 73. Senior Kate Coons tallied a second-round 72 at Johnie Imes, her second-lowest round of the season.
Rounding out the starting five is sophomore Elizabeth Tong. After a strong start to the season with finishes of first and sixth, Tong had an uncharacteristic struggle last weekend, placing tied for 66th. She finished the tournament with a 3-over 75 and looks to build upon that at Belterra.
