AT INDIANA: 2008: I'm a pure novice freshman, so I don't have any rowing accomplishments to speak of yet. The only academic awards that are really linked to college are the following scholarships I've received to attend IU... What are you involved in on campus? (Are you a member of a sorority, any clubs, intramurals etc.?) Volleyball intramurals Do you have a job or volunteer regularly? I volunteered 16 hrs last semester at Martha's House Inc. (homeless shelter) for my intro to social work class. I also enjoy the CHAMPS activities! What are you planning on majoring in? Social work & Spanish What are your plans for after you graduate? Are you planning on pursing any sort of higher education? I plan to pursue a master's degree and perhaps a PhD in some form of social work, counseling, or therapy. Thus, my plans are to choose a specialty, continue my education, and then begin practicing after receiving the necessary degrees. |
