In her fourth year on the team and third on the varsity squad ... rowed two seat for the first varsity eight in 2006 ... helped the crew match the school record of eight wins ... helped second varsity eight to its first Big Ten win by downing Minnesota on April 16, 2005 ... WHAT IS THE BEST THING ABOUT IU ROWING?
"My teammates. I have developed some of the greatest friendships that I will continue for many years after college. It is great being on a team where you know that the girls sitting in that boat with you are going to work just as hard for you as you are for them. We push each other to our limits, and we encourage each other to reach our full potential as athletes. This kind of attitude carries over into our daily lives as friends. We are always there for each other, no matter what."
