    Reckless Recap: Bus Wisdom

    Members of the Indiana Women's Soccer team offer some Bus Wisdom on their trip to Milwaukee and Chicago.

    2013 (Redshirt Junior)
    Appeared in six games, playing a total of 91 minutes ... scored one goal on four shots for the year ... contributed to the Hoosiers 5-0 win over Georgia Southern with a goal while playing a season-high 32 minutes ... played 23 minutes and had two shots against Eastern Kentucky ... saw 13 minutes of playing time against Illinois in Big Ten play ... named Academic All-Big Ten.

    Appeared in 11 games ... recorded two shots in a win over Arkansas State ... played 15 minutes in the South Florida match ... played for 18 minutes in a win at Xavier ... saw 14 minutes of action in a victory over Indiana State ... saw 20 minutes of gameplay in a win over Northwestern ... also played for 15 minutes at Michigan State ... named Academic All-Big Ten.

    Leist joins the Hoosiers from William Mason High School and head coach Andy Schur ... she suffered a season-ending knee injury early in her senior season, but had gotten off to a fast start with four goals and three assists through the first five games ... as a junior she led the team with eight assists ... also paced the team in goals as a sophomore with 10 goals ... twice named first team all-conference and led the team to a pair of conference championships ... her high school team defeated the No. 1 team in the country on two separate occasions in her career ... as a sophomore, Leist scored the game-winning goal in a 2-1 victory over Sycamore High School ... member of the ODP state team for three years ... she was also a participant at the USL Super Y Regional and National teams in 2007 and 2008 ... as a member of the Ohio Elite Soccer Academy, she claimed one state title and a pair of finals appearances ... also appeared in the USYSA Region II Tournament ... in five years with OESA, Leist scored 71 goals and added 46 assists ... the daughter of Scott and Pam Leist.
