Bloomington, Ind. After a successful 2002 season that saw the Hoosier womens soccer program finish 10-7-2 and the announcement of a strong incoming 2003 recruiting class, IU womens soccer will host the Indiana University Indoor Invitational on Sat., Feb. 22 at Mellencamp Pavilion. Admission for the event is free.
The Hoosier womens soccer team will face Team Chicago and Carmel Commotion while Butler, Dayton Soccer Academy, Ball State and Carmel Cobras will also be on site. Each team will play two or three games over the course of the day. The action kicks off at 10 a.m. when the Hoosiers face Team Chicago. Indiana will then face Carmel Commotion at 1 p.m.

Team Chicago head coach Hudson Fortune played for the Indiana mens soccer team from 1975-78. He had 22 goals and 10 assists for 54 points in his career.
The Carmel Cobras are the club team of a number of recent Hoosier signees.
