Registration Open For Women's Soccer Camps
March 27, 2013
BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Indiana women's soccer head coach Amy Berbary has announced four summer camps that will take place in Bloomington in the coming months and registration is now open for all of them.
Registration for all of the camps can be found at hoosiersportscamps.com.
The first camp to take place will be Elite Weekend I, and it will take place from June 7-9 in Bloomington. The second Elite Weekend will take place July 19-21. High school varsity, club/select, and non-recreational soccer players, this is the camp for you. The Elite Camp weekend is open to any and all entrants ages 14 and up. The Elite Camp will take you through the step-by-step process of what a collegiate soccer player goes through during a weekend in a competitive season. You will receive Adidas gear, go through the practice sessions, play games, and much more. Come spend a weekend to see what life is like at the highest level.
The other two options are a pair of 4-day Residential Camps that will take place June 9-12 and July 21-24. The Indiana Women's Soccer Camp is designed to enhance the soccer player's technical and tactical knowledge by creating an environment conducive to learning. Players will develop positive habits in technical repetition, functional training, and tactical awareness. Goalkeepers will receive position-specific training. All players will be able to apply what they have learned in the evening matches.
A team of 10 or more players may come to residential camp together and receive a $15 per player discount. The team will train and play together in order to enhance the technical and tactical play of the team as a whole. All team applications and deposits must be sent together in one envelope.
