INDIANAPOLIS - The Indiana women's soccer team wrapped up the spring portion of its schedule on Saturday night with a 3-0 victory over the Haitian National Team. The game was played at Brebeuf Jesuit High School in Indianapolis.

"We didn't play our best soccer in the first half," Indiana head coach Amy Berbary said. "But we really came out strong in the second half and played how we needed to as a team."

The Hoosiers finish the spring schedule with a record of 3-1-1.

After playing a shaky first half and going into the locker room tied 0-0, Indiana came out strong in the second half. In the 51st minute, Caitlin O'Connor put home a header off a corner kick to put IU in front, 1-0.

Ten minutes later, in the 61st minute, Jordan Woolums played a ball into the box and Kayleigh Steigerwalt finished it on the first touch to give Indiana a 2-0 advantage.

And then in the 66th minute, Rebecca Candler beat her defender on the end line, pulled the ball back and beat the keeper to cap off the scoring.
