Bloomington, Indiana -- Senior Ashley Davis made the All-Big Ten second team for the second consecutive year.
Davis, the Hoosiers starting goalkeeper for the last two seasons, finished second in the Big Ten with a 0.79 goals against average in Big Ten play. That average is also an IU single-season record.
Davis recorded 88 saves and 5.5 shutouts on the year, including four shutouts that went through two overtimes. She finished as the Indiana career shutout leader at 16. She also finished with eight shutouts in Big Ten play, which is also a Hoosier career record.
Davis holds the IU records for shutouts in a season (8, 1998) and wins in a season (14, 1998). She also holds the number two and three spots for goals against average in a season at 1.07 in 1998 and 1.08 in 1999.
