Bloomington, Ind.— The College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) have announced their Academic All-District Soccer Teams and senior co-captain Carly Everett made the cut in District V for her performance in the classroom as well as on the field (District V is made up of all colleges and universities in Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Ontario and Manitoba).

Everett, a criminal justice and psychology major, has maintained a 3.9 GPA over the past four years. In addition to this years recognitions, Everett earned Academic All-Big Ten in 2001, and ’02. She was also selected to the Verizon Academic All-Region team in 2002.

On the field, Everett earned three points this season after notching her first career goal during the Hoosiers final Big Ten match against Purdue and recording one assist earlier in the season.

In her Hoosier career, Everett has started in 60 games, an effort that puts her 10th in the all-time IU record books.
